Company History
EOL was formed in 2007 as a result of our team member experience with inconsistent and imperfect auction processes in our industry. We realized there was a much better way to auction off new and returned inventory. EOL’s goal was to increase value through precise detailed information. We created an easy to use electronic interface and the competitive spirit of a global bidder base was developed. Since its inception our database has grown to 1200 + qualified bidders worldwide who currently participate in our auctions.
We developed our business plan with very clear guidelines including the determination that EOL will provide asset recovery and auction services to a select market. This market has and will consist of manufacturers, carriers, refurbisher, big box retailers and distributors.
EOL’s focus on asset recovery in the wireless market has allowed for controlled and managed growth, higher returns through its programs and excellent customer service. EOL is leading the field and will continue to find innovative ways to service our customer’s asset recovery needs. Our proprietary software and private bidder network has achieved overwhelming success and customers are now in a better position with added revenue.

Our Commitment
EOL is dedicated to the reduction and continued efforts to eliminate E-Waste. EOL has selected industry leaders to effectively manage End of Life assets by first trying to reuse assets that are still in their relevant lifecycle. Once an asset comes to the end of its useful lifecycle we make efforts to reclaim the asset through reclamation processes.
Although a product may be damaged or unusable, the pieces and parts may have a new life as reclaimed goods. These reclaimed goods also have a higher value than a simply damaged or unusable product.
Eventually assets will meet their end and this is where we must and will make every effort to recover and recycle these assets. It is also our goal to effectively manage the recycling process to ensure that this is completed in an Earth friendly manner. We are all aware of the growing need to keep our environment clean and our commitment is to assist in eliminating E-Waste.

EOL Facility
Our floor distribution permits a flow of products that is closely monitored by our EOL proprietary tracking system. As a result, the level of organization is extremely high and the accuracy of multiple inventories processed is exact.
